Security Roles

What each level can do
Sign-in is Microsoft 365. No passwords are stored here. Each account maps to an Entra ID object in the freedomhc.com tenant, security roles come from Entra groups, and a disabled Microsoft account loses access on the next sync — which withdraws outstanding assignments and leaves acknowledgement evidence intact. See docs/data-model.md §6.
